Tom graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University in 2004 and received his CPA certificate in 2008.  After college, he spent time as an auditor for the Federal Government including time as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.  Following years working in the tax departments for small and mid-sized CPA firms and the tax department of a local family owned Real Estate Management company, he opened his own practice to provide a client-oriented and affordable option to individuals and small businesses.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and his son and daughter, Alex and Aubrey, along with playing golf, running, and biking.  He serves as an assistant coach to his son's Little League baseball team and is a supporter and season ticket holder for the Duquesne Dukes Men's Basketball and Football teams.
